| | Why do you think we are having the following problem: Our LENDERS IN POINT Interface has all the lenders in it Somehow our users are using it fine. THEN all the lenders but 3 are deleted. Then we reinstall the software on EVERYONE'S COMPUTER and all the lenders are there. Then later all the lenders but a few are gone again!! How do we keep them from being deleted???? Will PDS solve this issue for us? Thank you!

| do you know what lenders are disappearing? You can check to see if they are hidden open point go to utilities on the menu and select enable disable lenders. make sure the ones you want to see have a check in the box.

| could this be happening because one user is making changes in the utilities list to eliminate lenders they dont use? If that were the case, would setting read only security on the Interface folder in PNTTEMPL solve this issue?
