I want to demo the suite before I make a recommendation to my company for upgrade of their current Point system (file sharing). However, you can call the sales line at 800-362-2599 and ask for a product specialist.  Request a demo before you buy. They can arrange a demo with you and anyone else at your company, and answer your questions during the conference call.  I would highly recommend doing this.
