| | Good Evening, Say here at Corporate we created a new Point report and want to provide it to all our branches on PDS. Can I simply drop the .RPT in their template set on the server and will it auto convert without me having to switch to conventional and re-import it? Any information would be appreciated.

| -Add the report directly to the template folder (example: C:\Program Files\Calyx Software\Point Data Server\filesync\TemplateSets\pnttempl\REPORT).
-Open the PDS Admin site then go to Template Sets->List Template Sets
-Select Edit next to the template set
-Click the Rebuild Template Set button at the bottom of the page |

| | One more thing: if it's ok if the new template files appear at the branches the next day, you can enable the automatic rebuild of template sets:
This is covered in detail in the following article: Q10843 - INFO: (v5.3) Chapter 15 - Template Set Organization http://pdskb.calyxsoftware.com/article.aspx?id=10843 Scroll down to the section "Rebuilding template sets".
