I'm trying to insert the mid scrore into a custom form. Is there a way to do this automatically?
Would there be a way to export all of them, have Word choose the middle, and make that visible?

This may be more manual than you want to do, but the way that I accomplish this is to populate the midscore in the "Representative Credit/Indicator Score" field on the Transmittal during the approval process.  This field is 2836 for any reports or custom forms.

Hope that helps.

That works perfectly.
Thanks very much!
