Basically I am not sure where the software pulls these forms from (guessing the PCL directory under WINPOINT)

anyway.....upgraded everyone using the network install from 5.0 to 5.2 because they needed the new loan app....

upgrade went fine....and new loan app is available.......but when printing the form groups...the loan app comes out as the old loan app not the new one....

users end up printing the new loan app seperate.....what am I missing??  Where do I need to make the change in the form groups so that the loan app it pulls up is the new one...not the old one??

Thanks

You can do the Following steps

File > Print> Click on the Form Groups Tab
Select the Group you would like to edit
Remove the old Loan Applications

I recommend adding the Loan Application -All ... this is a cool new feature in Point that Prints all the Loan Application Pages and the required continuation pages

I hope this helps

thats great!!!  thank you very much.......everyone has a personal copy of Calyx installed locally on their PC's.......I assumed since we did a network install roll-out of the upgrade from 5.0 to 5.2...that everything would be updated....

but obviously not the customized form groups......

I sent out detailed directions and pictures to walk them through de-selecting the old app and adding the new app to their form groups...

thanks again for your help

Are you using the Shared Print Groups?  These are located in your main template folder.  It doesn't update it from 5.1 to 5.2 so you need to add the new application to whatever print groups you previously had prior to 5.2.

I can't get mine to print in order.  I have a customer group that starts with Loan Application-All and it starts printing with Good Faith Estimate which is 4 from the top.  Any ideas?

Do you have version 5.3?

Unfortunately, the Loan Application - All issue is a bug in 5.3. Here is a workaround:
