Does anyone know how to pull only the last entry into the Conversation log?

I see that they have ID 15 to pull the conversation log, how would I pull just the last contact (top section) of the conversation log without pulling the whole log?

Any ideas?

This is more of a duct tape work around than anything else, but it's what I use to accomplish basically the same thing.

I export all of my reports to Excel and I just highlight the column with the conversation log entries and and use the Format function (Alignment tab) to align the text vertically to Top.  That way it lists the most recent entries at the top of the cell and you can then adjust your row height to see as much of the conversation log as you would like.

Not sure if that helps or not and I'm the first to admit that it is a major duct tape fix.

Yeah, that does take some maintenance.  What I'm looking for is the "last contact only" so as of now, I'm having people leave the last contact in 6202 instead of the conversation log, but I'd rather be able to pull from the last entry of the conversation log (most people forget and have it go to the log so 6202 is blank).

Perhaps a wish list item unless there is another way.
