We are running Point 5.2, Build 744.24 on Windows 2003 and Terminal Services. The PDF driver Point is using is Amyuni PDF Converter 2.10i-7.  Over the last month we have had issues with the print spooler having an error and stopping.  Microsoft Critical Support believes the Amyumi PDF Creator is causing the problem.  Does anyone have a possible solution?

I don't know if I can help much, but we will have a new Amyuni PDF Convert version 2.50 in the 5.3 release that started shipping today.

Please supply some more information.

How many users are on your system?  How often does it happen?  Does it seem to happen when there are many users on the system?  How long have you had this environment in place?  How do you recover?
