The problem I am having is that when we run a report and display the information from field id 6086 in track general, it displays intermittently. We will run the report one day and the info will be missing from a handful of files. The data is in the file itself, though. The next time we run the same report, the data for that field will be missing from a handful of different files. That is the only field that is having the problem of intermittently showing up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We have our sales force divided into teams, we use that field to track which team the originator is on. If yes, you may need to download SP1 for PDS 5.1. Contact technical support at 800-342-2599 to obtain the service pack. I do have it defined as an additional field. Any more ideas?
