| | Has anyone experienced a problem with text being blurred in the Debt Consolidation Worksheet Screen within point 5.0? I am connecting using WYSE terminal with RDP connection. I open file and switch to the debt consolidation screen, some of the text is blurred or on top of other text. Is there a way to fix this? If I connect from the server using a Remote Desktop Connection without WYSE terminal, I do not experience this problem. I'm thinking it is the resolution or frequency rate, but when I modified this, I see no change. Please help. Thanks. Sonya

| Sonya,
Have you tried updating the video drivers on the WYSE terminal? If I remember correctly, WYSE terminals run a rudimentary version of Windows, perhaps Windows CE? Anyway, it is possible that there is simply a bug in the video driver and the replication of the video from the TS.
I had a weird issue with Microsoft Word and viewing images in a Word document. The images would disappear when you use the scroll button on the mouse. Updated the video driver and problem was resolved.

| | Just a note, we have the 1200 LE wyse terminals with no OS. Therefore, we are strictly using a RDP connection to access a terminal session that is using the Server OS - Windows 2003 Server with restrictive permissions. Do I still need to update the video drivers. The display-based operating system provides optimized Citrix® ICA and Microsoft® RDP performance, and with all terminal management performed at the server (using existing database programs), it is the most easily managed thin client. We are using the Microsoft RDP.
