when printing shared forms groups...we receive this error. Only the custom forms in word format are unable to print.

We are using 5.2 and PDS....this is only happening on three clients out of 24.

Any suggestions or anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

Do you those 3 computers have a supported version of MS Word installed? (2000, 2002, 2003)

it appears to be a conflict with word...same thing is happening on all three computers. Word cannot finish merging and then it brings up normal.doc file.

It looks like some issue with MS Word. You may want to update to the latest service packs for Office. http://officeupdate.microsoft.com

I have done this....all three units are completely updated. I can print the custom forms when I use local print groups (we still receive the same message, but it does print)...if we try to print shared print groups, then this problems happens.
