| Once I am inside the details of an app here are the steps I go through and see.
1. Click on Interfaces --> Fannie Mae --> Desktop Originator
2. Login screen comes up (user information and password is correct)
3. Click on OK
4. Sending Loan Application data comes up and the progress bar continues to move pretty good until it is almost to the end and just sits there for 10+ minutes.
Yes, IE is available during the RDP session. Currently, they are logging into efanniemae.com and processing the apps that way for now.
Thanks,

| I know FNMA does not support their stuff under terminal server(or any thing but windows xp for that matter.), I don't know if there is a specific reason for that or not. I want to double check that this is happening for all users correct? You might try to registering msxml on the server.(start->run type regsvr32 msxml) When you go to efannie mae i am assuming your using ie from the RDP session?

| Yes, all users are accessing the Fannie Mae interface from an RDP session.
I registered the msxml dll and tried again, but no luck.
That really sucks this is not supported under an RDP environment. Can you point me in a direction to where I can figure what is going on in the background?
Thanks,

| | I have seen this on windows 2003 before the latest service pack to ie was available. The connection would just not close. I guess the first thing to check is if you log on to the server directly can you complete a transaction. If not you might try registering msxml2 and msxml4. I have also seen this type of behavior on winnt 6 after the server was recovered from a virus. the only way to resolve it was to reinstall windows. you might try uninstalling ie 6 and reinstalling it. you might also check the firewalls or any proxy server in the middle of the request.
