I'd like more than just 4 custom screens.
When I push Ctrl+P while viewing a custom screen, I'd like it to be able print a custom form instead (instead of deselecting the custom screen, clicking Custom Forms, and then finding my form)
I'd like to be able to fit more text in the custom field descriptions then I can currectly fit - can't even get complete sentences sometimes.
I'd like to be able to use existing fields on the custom screen - in the field descrpition, just enter the Field ID of what you'd like it to be. Ex: Note Rate, and now I can enter the Note rate, on Page 1, GFE, TIL, Borrower Information,..., and now also on Custom Screen X. As it would be the same field, it wouldn't matter where I entered it.
At the same time/alternatively, I'd like to be able to add custom fields (or other already exisitng fields) to the 1003 screens. I don't need them to print on the 1003, I just what them all right there on the same screen together. For example: In Subject Property Information, I'd like to add a custom field: Property Type, with a drop down menu: Single Family Detachted, Condo, Townhome..., and another one with options: Rural, Suburban, Urban. Essentially, I'd like to add our company phone script to the existing 1003 screens. The blue links you have (EX: S/PS/R) would be wonderful to add in a customizable fashion. We could put the majority of our script text in there. Certain answers to script questions could then be answered in the custom fields added right next to the corresponding portions of the 1003. Ex: near the income section, clicking a blue link brings up a text box with the script of how to ask the borrower if they can document their income. A custom field could be added right above it for the LO to answer the question: Can the borrower document their income? Same thing for assets. I have many other examples of how this would be useful if you want them.
We would also be able to complete the matching of liabilities and REOs directly on page 3 instead of going to the Freddie or Fannie addendums.
For some forms, (Request for Title/Appraisal) a new custom field could be inserted to take the place of the existing field: we could cause the processor's fax number to print instead of the company default without having to create a custom form just for one thing.

I may have more later.
