Batch Import not working

I'm trying to do a big batch import and found the two threads on how to do it.

I followed the instructions as shown and succesfully completed the import.

However, when I went back to check the files that were supposed to be changed, the updates didn't take effect!

As far as I can tell I did everthing correctly. During the import I can see the dialogue box that shows Updating: and when it's done it says that the import was completed.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out what's wrong. I tried reducing the data file to just the pathname and the column where data was being changed, but that didn't do anything.

I'm using Point through a Citrix network but I wouldn't think that would make a difference.

Please help... Crying
