Does anyone know if there is an ARM disclosure in Point?  I haven't found one but was recently audited for compliance issues and need to be able to generate this disclosure.

Point does not contain an ARM disclosure. ARM disclosures are lender specific. You can create a custom form if you can obtain the form in a Word format from the lender.

I recommend setting up several standard ARM disclosures in custom forms. You can set these forms into print bundles and just print them when you take the application. There are some commercial templates available at http://www.mtig.biz/templates_main.htm. You can also enter your own with a little typing.

I also recommend setting up some standard templates (e.g., FHA 1 yr, FHA Hybrid, 2/28, 3/27, etc.) then making minor modifications for each lending program you have. As far as initial disclosures, you probably don't have to be that accurate. If you're acting as a broker, the lender should supply these. You can just ask for copies.

I have made two ARM disclosures in word format if you would like them.  Just send me an email and I will send them to you.

I have had several requests from people asking me for my ARM Disclosures that I created.  I am going to attach them here for everyone to download.  All you have to do is change your company name and add the merge fields you use (I already have cells created for where they should go).  There are legal size and have worked for our use without any problems.

Enjoy!
