1) Can I put closing cost scenarios into a folder and make them accessible to everyone's machine in the office, as opposed to having everyone in the office manually enter closing cost scenarios on each individual machine?

2) Point is running slow on numerous machines in this office. All other applications work fine, but point is slow to open, when you ask it to print, it's very slow to bring up printer information, pretty much everything is running pretty slow. The hard-drives on these machines have been defragged, spyware removed, virus scans run, no background programs. The machines are fairly new. I can't figure out what is making point run so poorly on them? I wonder if it's a network issue?

1.  You can (and should) point everyone to the same template directory, which includes closing cost scenarios.  This will also allow everyone to share the same loan programs, custom forms, master templates, etc.

2.  There could be a number of items making Point run slow, from a network issue, other software on the same computer, etc.  If you have a shared template directory like I mentioned above, and it is located across a WAN or VPN, you could experience the slowness you mentioned.  But it sounds like everyone has a local template directory on your system.

Please let me know if you should need help troubleshooting or fixing either of these issues.
