Our custom reports are not following "date range" perimeters.  For example, a report for estimated closing dates has a date range of 3/1/2006 to 3/30/2006.  It picks up loans with 11/09/2005 as est close date.

We are on 5.2, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help,

John Hoopes

I am not using a condition (for dates).  The user is selecting the date range from the window to the left.  For example, the condition is all files (except NULL) with an Estimated closing date.  My user is then selecting a date (from today to say end of month).

Results show estimated closing dates from 11/06/2005.

Thanks for your help,

John Hoopes

ok so on the left panel they select est close from the dropdown menu and then set the date range.

No, In the left panel, we are selecting "blank" and a date range.

If ANYTHING is selected (closed, est close, etc) ,I get no data in my report.

Thanks for your help,

John Hoopes

Ok, The date range only works if you select a status from the drop down list.  If your not getting any data in your report try opening one of the files and click track->general and see if any values are set for est close or close.  More then likly if you select open you will get results in your report because this value is automaticaly filled in when you create the loan file.
