| It may just be simpler to use the insert word field from the mail merge tool bar. After the field you would like <<PNT_100>> click Insert word field and select if, then else from the drop down. In the "Insert Word Field:IF" dialog select PNT_100 from the Field name drop list, select "if not blank" from the comparison drop list. and type your text you would like to appear after the field in the "Insert this Text" text box and click OK.
