| We have several licensed offices, however all processing is done out of our corporate office. When the files come in from other offices, they are properly coded with their own address/phone number on the application (page 3).
The problem lies in ordering appraisals and title. Our processors do the ordering and the forms when printed show the address/phone number of the office that is on the application, not the processor's address/phone number. Any way to get that info into those forms properly? |

| I found that the address that prints on Appraisal, Title and all Verifications comes from the Utilities/Company Defaults/Processing Center.
"MMM Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday." |

| | Yes i know i found that too, the problem is that in order for the address on the 1003 to be correct, the addresss on the title order/appraisal order is incorrect. Processing is not done in the same offices as all the branches and the processors print these docs not the originating office. |

| This may be more work than you want but when I run into a limitation in a built-in form, I design a custom form around it. Then I can use any field I want. I prefer the fields from the Track | Internal screen. They don't change from office to office. You can also set the form to print from the forms group by specifying a custom form in the ini file. That way, when someone presses Ctrl-p from within the order form, it prints your custom form rather than the built-in form.

| | I thought of making a custom form, and it really is not too much work, the drawback is that the appraisal order and title order forms autopopulate the "Ordered" fields in the tracking screen once they are printed...which do are crucial to the way we have point set up with an external email service. If i adjust the ini file, will that autopopulate the date field in the tracking as well? |
