We are trying to export data from our datatrac product and trying to import it to the point cardex... the only way i know this is possible is if i edit the cardex MDB.  Now the version of access this was originally built on is older than the version that I have today.  Will upgrading the datatbase to the newest version be a problem?? Can anyone else see this being a problem importing to this datatbase? As long as the fields match up??

use point 5.1 and use the cardex import to import an ASCII delimited file, rather then messing with the actual mdb  file.

What if you have multiple lists to import? Will the list automatically append to whats already there?

I am not sure what you mean by multiple lists, but every time you do an import that data is added to your cardex database.
