Up to 5.0, the Trust Accounting Balance Field ( "6699" ) would print just fine.  It would show both Positive and Negative Balances.  However, in Version 5.1, it seems to have stopped working.  You only get Positive numbers to print, negative numbers will not print unless you tell the report to print everything > 0 and < 0.  Then you get Numbers with no indication as to negative or positive.

Anyone have any Ideas ?????

I conducted some tests of the Trust Account report, and negative balances seem to print okay.

How do you mean negative numbers will not print?  For example if the Trust Balance is "-200", does it show "200" instead? Or does nothing print in the cell?

Point version 5.1 does have this issue.  Negative values are not reported on reports in 5.1.

Did you say that using a condition of less than 0 will pull the negative values on a report?

In 5.1, when I put in conditions that say, "when the Balance is less then 0 or the Balance is more then 0 then print".  What I end up with is a number with no indication whether its Positive or Negative.  I just get a Number.  This is a problem, when I'm trying to find out if money is owed on a loan or not.

If I do not use the Conditions, then all it prints out is a positive number.  It will not print any negative numbers at all.

I hope this clears it up a bit.

The programmers found the root cause and fixed this in 5.2. I never could actually repro the problem on my own installation of 5.1
