| Good Morning,
I am having an issue with point via Citrix. When users try to print a 'custom doc' from point, the hour glass sits there forever and never prints. It seems that if multiple users are in the same custom doc, it doesn't work. I also have a screen shot of what the error looks like. If you have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

| Other threads mention this but don't share the winpoint directory for you users each on should have their own winpoint directory.

| So you are suggesting I have over 500 winpoint folders? And how do you split those anyway, not sure how that works.
Everything else is working perfect.

| Due to the way Point works, it is necessary to use different Winpoint folders in Citrix/TS in order to get a lot of things working correctly. See my post at http://messageboard.calyxsupport.com/Topic14-7-1.aspx if you need assistance doing this. You don't actually have to install Point 500 times as there are ways to do it automagically when a user logs on.
